While checking they asked for my credit card and told me they will not deduct Money as I asked them I will pay cash amount next day while check out I paid cash and I left as I was in hurry to catch flight after 2 days when I checked my bank statement amt was deducted from credit card also So they charged me twice for one booking and not answering my call

Staffs were great , specially surabh from the housekeeping and sardarji from the buffet

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with the signature Taj hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, making me feel valued and at home immediately. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and offer a peaceful sanctuary despite being so close to the airport. The proximity to the airport is a massive advantage, yet the soundproofing is so effective that the stay remains incredibly quiet and relaxing. The attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the entire team made this stay memorable. Whether it was the spotless maintenance of the room or the thoughtful gestures from the concierge, the Taj Santacruz continues to set a very high bar for luxury hospitality in Mumbai. They are not given me smoking free room I have to ask for new room because the room which was given to me was already used room was not at all happy with the experience. Telephone instrument was also not working.

There is no not a single thing in the room for eating. There is no telephone, so not able to call them very bad experience.
