Great location . Glean , neat , cute house

Be convenient if had a microwave oven

The owners were very communicative and kind and the street was quiet. The home was clean and they provided beach equipment. We enjoyed the games they had at the property as well.

The top bunk slats bowed when someone went on the bed. We weren’t able to use the top bunk because we were a little worried about the slats breaking. The bottom bunk is large enough to fit two people, though, so it wasn’t too big of an issue.

Cottage looks nice and cozy

Pillows weren’t really comfortable for us.

It was a nice quiet location. A large enough property for a family. We didn’t even use the 2nd bedroom or bathroom. The washing machine and tumble dryer were a plus. We absolutely adored the kind man at the corner shop on Ann street.

It was quite a walk into the main town yet on the other hand round the corner from the containers which house small bars and food joints.

Very close to downtown Wilmington. Clean, spacious, great location.

It was a little hot during the night

The property location was convenient and the property was clean with great decor.. communication was great!

I was nervous about street parking as I’m not use to that but it ended up not being a concern. The quiet hours were acceptable but this weekend the neighborhood was very lively well after 10pm both Friday and Saturday night.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Cozy front and back porch. Great water pressure and bath products. Kitchen well stocked for meals at home. Big fridge. Hosts checked in; clear instructions for checking in/out. Living room had 2 big couches and big TV.
