Very poor customer service

Location

Big space, plenty of seating at the dining table and lounge area. Balcony nice to sit at with a breeze watching the sun go down. Quiet road. Couple of little shops within a short walk, more in town 15 minutes drive away. Sea is close, nice area to walk in ambecause there is little traffic. 1 bedroom has ac, another has a fan and the 3rd is currently empty Great ceiling fans in living area and 1 free standing fan. The house will be nice when its finished.

All windows have frosted glass. I like to look out so during the day I opened windows and doors for a nice breeze through the house but I forgot to shut them at dusk and we were swarmed with mosquitos. I would prefer it if the kitchen had a few more permanent items eg crockery instead of plastic disposable plates and bedroom with lamps, bedside table etc but all was fine for our peaceful 2 night stay.

Amazing place , perfect to explore Mulaitivu Ares. Not far from the beach… You feel home … its quiet place , not far from a decent restaurant … East to get to Mulaitivu Beach

Amazing nice looking private house. If you want your privacy, this is the best option. The owner is very kind and speaks English well.

A few ants inside the house, but nothing that would make me uncomfortable
