Urbanstay Haeundae Station

観光地や海雲台駅からすごく近い。景色もよく値段も安い。

セルフチェックインなのでスタッフがいないのでわからないことがあると焦る。入口や客室までの行き方がちょっとわかりずらい

Very clean space, quite spacious and excellent location. Very easy to check in and check out. Bathroom was clean and tidy as well.

There were no chargers available, but, multiple charging ports were there.

Elevator takes forever to come

This is not a hotel but an entire apartment (airBnB style). The room I stayed on the 36th floor was great with a partial view of the beach and generally a nice view of the area. The room was spacious with a large living room + kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tub and a semi-separate bedroom. Everything was clean and looked basically new. There was a capsule coffee machine as well which I really liked.

The "check in" if you can all it that is a bit confusing. Actually it is super simple; you get the elevator and room code per email and just go in. But there is almost no visible "UrbanStay" signage on the building, instead there are 2 other hotel names so I was not sure if I was in the right place until I tried to open the door. Once you got that figured out it is simple. The apartment did not have a washing machine. I think a washing/drying area in the building would really make this more convenient.

The place was in a great location and right ear the beach. The room was spacious enough for 2 people with luggage. The check-in/out process was straightforward.

The luggage storage was tricky to find at first since it was located at the basement level. The heated floors caught us by surprise and melted some of the treats in our luggage. The elevators does take a bit of time to get to your floor since so many people and other hotels use the same elevators - so need to account for more time to get up and down.
