everything was above satisfaction, location perfect, luggage room is such a convenience for those who arrived prior to the time of check-in.

we had some difficulty with trash, but later we called the reception andd talked to the chat bot, everything wass solved.

Das mit abstand schlechteste Hotel überhaupt, für alles wird geld verlangt, die Kommunikation lässt zu wünschen übrig (nur online, jedoch dauert es sehr lange bis ihr mit einem menschen kommunizieren könnt vorher geht euch der chat bit auf den zeiger). Grubdreinigubg kostet extra ubd immer für den darauf folgenden tag! In meinen augen ist das ein abzocke hotel spart euch das geld und geht in eine richtige unterkunft um das hitel herum! Falls ihr gerne feiern geht in einem richtigen club seid ihr am haeundae beach falsch!

호텔 운영 방법과 조직이 특이하여 놀랐고 해운대 중심에 위치함에도 적절한 가격을 제시해서 감사했음. 특히 완전 휴가철에... 조카가 기업은행 해운대역 지점장으로 취임하여 업무보며 감사와 만족이 충만한 여행이었다. 냉방 TV WiFi 칼 그릇 조리기구 쟁반여러개 많은식기 술잔여러개 등등에 깨끗한 샤워와 화장실 그리고 푹신푹신한 King Bed...

처음 방문한 입장에선 입실방법이 너무나 생소해 놀라웠는데 좀 간단하게라도 설명을 하여야 할듯. 늙은이 최신 방법을 이해하고 따라가기는 쉽지 않은 방법이었다.

적당히 깨끗함과 위치와 뷰.

엘리베이터 고층부 접근성이 매우 떨어지며 십분 이상 기다려야 함. 또한 무인 체크인/체크아웃이어서 객실정보 확인하려면 6층까지 가야 하는데 엘리베이터때문에 매우 오랜 시간이 걸림. 짐 맡기는 곳도 무인이므로 안전성이 보장되지 않음. 4성급 호텔 경험 열번 넘는 것들 중에 최악의 시설이었음.
