The staffs are so accommodating and friendly. They are responding quickly to any concerns or questions. We did not encounter any issues during our stay except for a little misunderstanding on the bookings but it was settled immediately. The unit are clean and it's nice that it has complete utensils and accessories so its idle for a family. The location is just a walking distance from the SM central and the market which is nice.

Front office and staff were excellent . Very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Good location, very close to SM. Able to walk to SBMA too. Check in and check was easy. Will stay again when back in Oiongapo.

Couch was very hard.
