I called the Host as soon as I arrived to Fes train station. I realized that I had stayed in the same property back in February. It was a basement under ground without meaningful windows. I rated the unit back fairly and objectively. The host intimated and installed me. I refused to occupy the unit and requested a refund. The host Rabia’a/Samir refused and insulted me. It is no an answer apartment, it is a basement under ground, dusty without natural light in the day time.
