A simpatia dos funcionários e vontade de ajudar. Fizeram tudo o que estava ao seu alcance, inclusive permitam check out muito tardio, por terem sido sensíveis ao estado de saúde da minha mulher.

As condições dos quartos a nível de isolamento sonoro são péssimas. As janelas são voltadas para um rua com muita movimentação de trânsito, dia e noite. Não há qualquer isolamento. Ouve-se tudo, pelo que foi impossível dormir durante toda a noite. O pequeno-almoço é muito pobre.

"The hotel is in a good location, but I wouldn't stay here again."

The staff were very friendly. And its in a good location. WiFi was fast.

They mixed up the bookings and gave us the wrong room. Our room didn't look like the photos and didn't have some of the amenities listed.
