La situation de l’appartement est juste parfait. Rue passante, mais quand même très tranquille la nuit. Tous les services sont à proximité. La vieille ville est à seulement quelques minutes et est très charmante.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, in a great location. Supermarkets are close by, the train station is only 5 minutes away, and the old town is within a 15-minute walk. Perfect for a convenient and pleasant stay!

The only small downside was the lack of a washing machine, which could be useful for longer stays. However, we found a laundry nearby, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Fabulous 2 bed apartment. Lovely modern and clean facilities including great balcony. We loved our stay in Maison Mevoli. Great host, very responsive and helpful.

All great, gone to a lot of effort to make the apartment really lovely.

We stayed at this first floor apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped and decorated to a high standard. No private parking however we were able to find a place on the road close by without trouble. Communication with our host Gianluca was very good and he met us and showed us around the apartment. There was a supermarket nearby and we really loved historic Monopoli.

As there is no lift and parking is a few meters away so its not really suitable for those with mobility issues but for most it would not be a problem.
