ZATranquillity
Nothing
ZAThe nature, venue and assistance from the stuff.
The houses were not properly clean, some of the rooms showers were not functioning well and the reception area needed improvement.
ZALoved that our chalet was secluded
ZAI liked the hiking trail a lot, the woods were refreshing. And seeing ancient ruing from the Bakone people was amazing too.
The trail was a bit short, only wished it was a bit longer. The cleanliness of the place could be improved cleaning of the walls and plug area every now and again would make it a bit sparklier. Cutlery could be increased.
NLJe zit midden in de natuur omringt door bossen. In de nacht hoor je de vogels en overdag komen de apen langs je accommodatie langs. Een heel mooi schoon verblijf met vriendelijk personeel.
ZAA home in the wilderness, deep in nature...the sound of the birds and marine line fill the air at night. The views are spectacular and the ancient ruins are a sight to behold.

ZAThe place is a slice of heaven. The lodge is nestled among trees and a lake/dam. It's a peaceful and tranquil environment. I loved the quiet, the nature and the location. We woke up to birds chirping, it felt like we were so far removed from civilization. The house overlooked the cabin and the lake and views were breathtaking. The grounds were well maintained, we even had a picnic across the lake 🙂
It hailed on the day we arrived, the house leaked but the facilities team explained that the hail blocked the flow of water and they quickly cleaned up. The property needs some maintenance, the walls are cracked, one of the shower floors Is cracked. The outside shower area isn't maintained- it would have been nice to use the shower outside - it's quite a feature. All of these issues are minor but if fixed they can improve the whole guest experience.
ZAIn arrival, we called the host once at the gate, she directed us to our "house" and we were welcomed by 2 workers on our way to "Ezulwini" I remember Nelly, the lady. The location was superb, our chalet, Ezulwini, really felt like "Heaven" as the isiZulu word "ezulwini" means "heaven". I love the rustic feel of the stonewall .The house is close to the mountain & surrounded by trees, we had the privacy we needed.. Live the deck in front if the house, waking up in the morning & seeing horses diwn there eating grass. The house was clean, beautiful decor, the snake plants inside. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils to feel like home.
We realised that it was not the ideal place to bring kids along, maybe teens because there are steep areas in front of house, there's a small dam diwn the slope & another as we drive to our "house" & young children love to "explore" meaning one has to always keep an eye on their whereabouts. Great for adults & grown up children
ZAIt was good and clean and scenic
The key for our unit wasn’t provided, which was a bit uncomfortable, the main door was however locked.
