"One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in my life."

The description stated that each room had a kitchenette. Instead, there was a small table with a kettle and a stove in the hallway. The shared fridge was almost completely filled with other people’s stuff, even though we occupied 3 out of the 4 rooms. The freezer was full. There were bedbugs in the rooms. The two bathrooms were so small that you could wash your legs while sitting on the toilet.
