Alstrums gård

Very enjoyable location in a beautiful, green environment. The main house, where breakfast is served, is an old but charming, historic farmhouse full of character. It was a pleasure to enjoy breakfast while looking out over the dining room and library.

Everything had a very "vintage" feel, which some might appreciate, but the biggest issue was the cleanliness — especially the dusty room. It almost felt as if it was intentionally left that way to enhance the atmosphere, but it unfortunately came across as neglected. The room was dusty and spiderwebs were visible in nearly every corner of the room. Also, the bathroom, in particular, was not clean (especially the toilet, though I won’t go into details), and the overall space was very small. I would strongly recommend a thorough cleaning or even a light refurbishment. It would significantly improve the guest experience. Alternatively, consider adjusting the price to reflect the current condition.

Very nice place and hosts are very friendly. Had relaxing sauna. Strong recommendation !

Lovely farm house. Beautiful main building where the lovely host served a fantastic breakfast. Great there was somewhere to charge our electric car. So fantastic to have the outdoor hot tub and sauna all to ourselves. Our pre-teen girls really appreciated their first sauna and dipping in the snow experience. Really welcoming and accommodating hosts. I’d definitely recommend and we’d stay here again if we are coming this way again.

The bathroom - it’s easy to get wet socks with that kind of set up but really we understand and think it’s still well done although we didn’t need to use this shower in the end as we used the one by the saunas.
