Bolo to v centre, takže bolo všetko len pár minút pešo. Takisto aj autobusové zastávky boli vzdialené pešo do 4-och minút. Výťah bol veľkým výnosom, nakoľko sú tam 4 podlažia v rámci celej bytovej jednotky. Majitel bol veľmi milý. A ešte aj vínko sme mali pripravené na privítanie.

Netýka sa to priamo ubytovania, ale pár metrov od ubytovania sa nachádza parkovisko, s umiestnenými kontajnermi na separáciu odpadu. Každé ráno pri ich vyprázdňovaní bol značný hluk. Taktiez v noci pri vyhadzovaní sklenených flasí do kontajnerov od okolitých prevádzok to bolo dosť rušivé.

Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich immer hervorragend gekümmert. Die Lage war nahezu nicht zu toppen!

Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss sollte mal wieder überholt werden. Es steht relativ schnell das Wasser im Bad. Aber ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

It was all perfect, located in the very centre, the host was always available to help or give tips. The apartment is very well equipped, fully equipped kitchen, there is even a washing machine and a dryer. Nothing was missing.

The location and layout of the house for family stay

The downstairs bathroom shower leaks some water, and it would be nice to have a shelf for items.

Marvelous location, in the heart of the old town yet close to supermarkets and other shops in the newer part of the city. Lots of space. Two bathrooms and a toilet. Friendly, helpful host who was never more than a text away when we needed help. Aircon (main bedroom only). Excellent laundry facilities including dehumidifier in the basement. Elevator. Once we became accustomed to the layout (one room per floor on levels 1 and 2 of 3) and quirks of the house we very much enjoyed our stay.

Because the old town has narrow streets and lots of people the location is noisy at all hours of the day and night. This is not the owner's fault but worth pointing out to prospective renters. There is a lot of junk around the property, in drawers and cupboards; we assume the abundant childrens' toys are for families. The lighting in the main bedroom and bathroom are good, but poor on levels 1 and 2, especially around the sink and cooker. Much of the crockery and glassware are odds and ends which do not match. Working out how to use the appliances was tough (we only found two sets of instructions in drawers) and we had only just fathomed the lighting switches on the walls when we were leaving. More instruction laminates would save guests and owner a lot of time. Having steps up to the shower in the main bathroom is intimidating and potentially hazardous.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Santa CL house. It is very well equipped and a perfect location for exploring Bari old town and also an easy walk to the station for trips further afield. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and easy to contact.
