AC WAS NOT GIVING COOLING(ROOM NO GR-02) HENCE I HAVE TO SHIFT THE ROOM FROM GR 02 O 406. BATHROOM GLASS WAS BROKEN IN ROOM NO 406, TV WAS NOT CLEAR BRIGHT SPOT WAS THERE ON TV. ESSENTIAL KIT WAS NOT PRESENT IN THE ROOM, UPON ASKING GET THE REPLY THAT WE PROVIDE AS PER REQUIREMENT WHICH IS SURPRISING FOR ME. DENTAL KIT, SHAVING KIT, SOAPS ARE BASIC ESSENTIALS WHICH IS PROVIDED BY ALL HOTELS.

"this is billed as a 3start hotel but its not"

Convenient location, excellent, helpful, and smiling staff, didn't have b'fast so can't comment, food in the restaurant is ok nothing exceptional

the fittings are run down, looks like no one checks whether the plumbing leaks, whether the door handles are snug enough, there is no maintenance
