We booked this house out of necessity as we'd just left a very disappointing property in Queenstown. This was available on the same day which we were very grateful for. The house was large enough for the 5 of us and it was a quiet neighbourhood. A very short drive to the airport and the local shopping centre which is actually grate and a real bonus. Particularly if you're passing time waiting for a flight.

The house is situated across the road from high-tension power lines in a big empty field. The house was not thoroughly clean but clean enough if being picky it could have done with some paint and TLC. Situated in a newer-style estate it is extremely close to the neighbours and not walking distance to any shops, cafes or amenities. It offered only a single air conditioner in the main living space. Despite the TV instructions, we found most stations did not produce any sounds but Netflix was there to back us up! It is unusual that instructions are required to make a TV work, surely and easy update.

The property is in need of maintenance and a refresh inside and out including lawns and gardens. Walls and skirtings are very scuffed and marked and in need of a paint.

The host answer my question quickly when I had some problem with the hot water.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the house was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable, modern and plenty of amenities in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space.

A bit far from Queenstown centre if one doesn't have own transport.

It’s in a perfect location close to shops and with a great view.

It doesn’t have proper Air Conditioning. During summer it felt like sauna inside the house. Outside temperature was just 22c but inside house was too hot. Ventilation system was bad and there is no way to cool down the house.

Close to the person we were visiting. House was clean and warm. The host was cooperative when we phoned for assistance.

Washing up brush and dishcloth would have made life easier. Also a manual for the oven as it was turned off at the wall upon arrival and every model is different. A bedside light in all bedrooms needed (only in the master).

For a place that sleeps up to 6 there was not enough towels, plates, cups, knives, forks etc. oven didnt seem to work. Not overly clean

The location was close to everything we needed. Close to pak n save, our rental company, airport, kmart...loved the garage with toys etc for our girls to play in. The TV in the room also. Loved it!

Some minor areas could've been cleaned a bit better however definitely not major. Was only a couple of little things.
