The location and cleanliness were very good. Rosella was very helpful.

The Wi-Fi was very bad.

Apartamento limpio y renovado, con varias habitaciones con baño independiente, aire acondicionado, cama cómoda. Muy bien situado, a unos 10 mnts del casco histórico para visitarlo a pie. Y a 5 mnts de una parada de bus hacia el aeropuerto. La atención de la dueña también fue impecable, muy atenta y amable, me proporcionó información muy generosamente.

No hubo nada que no me gustase, solo se debe tener en cuenta que el resto de habitaciones tienen otros huéspedes pero no lo noté apenas.

Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft fand via WhatsApp statt. Machte vieles sehr angenehm bzw bekam ich auch Infos und Tipps über Flughafenbus, sonstige Empfehlungen für Restaurants und co. in der Umgebung. Auch der Check In war sehr variabel und kein Problem, dass sich dieser zeitlich wegen Flugverspätung verschoben hat. Kurzfristig gab es keinen Strom, was aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hatte, sondern Umbauarbeiten in der Gegend. Rossella kümmert sich aber sofort darum und lies mir die Info auch sehr schnell zukommen.

Manchmal war der Straßenlärm leicht ins Zimmer zu hören. Störte mich aber prinzipiell nicht, da ich ansonsten gut geschlafen habe.

The place is just so beautiful! The design and the planning of the flat is great. In common area you can cook as there is anything you would need and place for eating. The street is so cute and we slept like babies. The location is very nice - you are in the city center, there are bus stops to go to beach just on the corner and 20 min to railway station

I didn’t find a cutting board, but maybe was not looking well but it’s not a minus just a remark Everything was great

Rosella was very helpful. The accommodation had everything you need as a solo traveller or a couple. Location is great.

A very comfortable room within walking distance of the Palermo Cathedral and many great restaurants. Perfect for me as a solo traveller. My host Rossella was very kind to check me in, refer restaurants, and be on WhatsApp for if I needed anything.

I was carrying a very heavy suitcase so going up the stairs is not ideal but the lesson is to pack lighter!

A nice bedroom with a shared common area for a couple other guests. Very clean and a perfect location. Very close to the historic city center, but far enough away to avoid noise and big crowds. What we liked most was the representative that met us when we checked in, Rossella. She was VERY helpful and we stayed in communication during our visit, asking her a few questions along the way, which she always quickly answered. When I asked her to help us make a plan for a very early plane flight, she offered to drive us to the airport herself. She was the best!
