Fernando and Pedro took great care of us.

The rooms were clean and much better than the pictures show; ammenities were good. Fernando and team were extremely friendly and helpful, always there when we needed something. The property felt safe and secure and also close to the beach also in walking distance of the market and shop too.

Wifi signal was poor in some areas but not a big issue for us.

The environment is elegant, clean, with a small kitchen, thoughtful service, and comfortable bedding. Especially they provide wlcome coconut 🥥 everyday. Lovely place.

The water is not hot enough when taking a shower, and the drainage hole is not fast and smooth enough, so it is often necessary to trouble the staff to clean it. It would be better if there is space to dry clothes. But I still like it here very much. I decided to stay here for an extra 5 days. It is the quietest and most comfortable choice at the same price.

Staff was best in have ever encountered. Friendly, helpfull. Excellent venue and top class facility. Will definitely be back

The house is realy nice and well kept, and the people working there are helpfull and educated. They Care for the clients experience.

We are 2 friends who booked to stay here for 2 nights, and ended up staying for 8. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible, including cutting fresh coconuts for us to drink and escorting us at 3am to board our bus 20 minutes walk away. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with a great shower, kitchen and bed. The setting is serene and beautiful - nestled between the local nursery and nearby villages. It is an easy walk to the beach and whilst CosyBe doesn't have a cafe or restaurant, it's a 3 minute walk to the nearest place which serves great coffee and with decent wifi. Great for a quiet retreat and some peace and privacy. We'd love to come back.

Not super central - CosyBe is approx. 20 minute walk from central Tofo. Not a major issue if you enjoy a quiet walk to/from the town. Wifi also wasn't great at CosyBe, however we were notified that they were working on improving this for future visitors.

The Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. I even played a few rounds of chess with Fernando. The Villa was really good and clean, we can't complain about anything. We got free fresh coconuts whenever we asked for some, which was a really nice bonus. Would stay here again and can just recommend it.

Maybe the only small downside was the distance to the restaurants (~20 minutes walk), but we arrived by car so it didn't bother us at all.

ahhh we miss CosyBe so much!! from the time we booked so easy to communicate with everyone and staff was ALWAYS available -- arrival was easily arranged, but honestly Pedro and Fernando are what made this place so incredible, cannot believe this is their first time working in the field because they are STARS!!!! from giving us fresh coconuts all the time, to making little details when cleaning our room...to buying cards to play with us.... to just always greeting us with warmth and huge smiles and asking how we are!! as for the room, it was truly, SO cozy, beds SO comfy, rooms perfect with blackout curtains to keep it dark to sleep in, and so quiet around.... my friend LOVED sunning outside on the deck area, and the hammocks were also so lovely to laze in. kitchen was great though we didnt use it much note: we spent a while deciding between this and Kumba and we originally went with this bc of AC and slightly better price but we are so glad we did. Kumba is beautiful but Cosybe feels like being home with friends/family.

no complaints! wifi couldve been stronger but it didnt bother us much at all- too much good stuff here - also note it's 20+min walk to town but very safe and though sometimes we were lazy it still felt very accessible

Both Fernando and Pedro at reception were wonderful hosts! They really make you feel like home and went the extra mile to make you have the best experience possible! The owner was also always in touch and very helpful explaining how to get there and in general was very happy to help and assist in any way possible… By far the best accommodation in Tofo will definitely come back :)
