Central location where you can reach different parts of tuscany daily. Silent and comfortable. The staff is helpful.

A bit of damp smell. No towel hanger by the shower.

The pillows were very comfortable

It is advertised as a bed and breakfast but it is NOT in any way a bed and breakfast there was no food offered at all. The host only let us in our room when were first arrived and then we never saw him again the rest of the time. No change in towels bare minimum in room. Bed was comfortable we did see a few small spiders as its a very old cottage. Outdoor seating area had bird poop all over and is not like the pictures online. Cottage is very small and very closed up no real view of anything.

Very nice place, big comfortable bed, good WiFi. Good communication with the host. Not a long car ride to Montepulciano, Siena and Pienza.

Location was only 5 minuets from town.

There should be a light over the door, as it is very dark at night to see the keyhole. Also, the steep stone stairs to the property should have a handrail.

Location situated close to the center with nice surrounding and car parking.

There was a well equipped kitchenette but no towel.

Location rural and quiet, space in apartment

No heating, no batteries.Couldnt work stove, no instructions.

Everything was great, but owner is really really great and helpfull. Thanky so much.
