The toilet /washroom was not cleaned properly We saw stains all over the toilet seat and in the corner of washrooms. Toilet jet spray in room no. 102 was not working properly with force. The Washbasin water tap was not working properly.

I stayed at a FabHotel property during a quick business trip and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy at times. Still, I would definitely consider staying here again!

Not quiet. Too noisy. AC working problems.

- toilet doesn't flush. Blocks up. - no control for the Air Condition and staff couldn't find it - WiFi signal too weak to use. - shower head spray needs fixing

I had done booking at Fab Ansh Hotel Aurangabad from 24th December to 27th December 2024 and made advance payment of Rs, 2529/- through credit card on 29th November. I have received dozens of emails for confirmation of my booking. However after arrival at the hotel they informed that there is no such booking and they have also not received any payment. This has caused me lot of trauma and inconvenience. I had to roam around to search other hotels. So refund my amount immediately - Vivek Gurjar. Cant trust this Hotel and Booking.com.

The location was very nice and the restaurant served delicious food. The rooms were quite big and the bathroom was exceptionally large.

One of the four rooms we booked had a live cockroach hiding on the desk. All the rooms were dirty and shreds of hair were visible on the floor. The bathroom was a bit broken and the water from the shower spread in all directions. The toilet seat in room no. 203 was miserably damaged. After multiple requests, towels were not replaced and the bedsheets were not cleaned. Overall, this hotel deserves a very bad rating from my end.
