Builders next door, talking and hammering/grinding even on Sunday. Builders/neighbours made fire and the smoke filled the apartment a few times during the stay. We ended up not opening doors/windows on that side of the apartment. The coffee pods/milk and water was not replaced daily. We only received 2 coffee pods upon our arrival for the entire stay. Water was only once replenished, upon my request. Outside furniture and dustbin are not cleaned. The safe under the bed makes a squeaky noise.
AEI recently stayed at Brooklyn Blok and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it an excellent choice for both short and long stays. The atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, with all the amenities I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the manager. Anita was extremely kind, approachable, and helped me with anything I needed. Whether it was answering questions, or ensuring I had a smooth check-in. Her professionalism and warmth made a huge difference in my stay. I highly recommend Brooklyn Blok to anyone visiting the area — not only for the great facilities but also for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be returning!
