"Good stay in Poiana"

The room was spacious and clean. Big bathroom with everything you need. Great breakfast, easy acces with phone and ample parking.

The bed mattress was a bit soft for a big guy and you kind of sink in in the middle. There was a bad odor in the bathroom from the pipes in the beginning but it went away.

Late check in was very easy as rooms have PIN code access. Great value for money, the rooms had a nice finish to them. The customer service was exceptional, super polite and friendly staff who were very accommodating for late check out so we could ski on our final day.
