the comfort of the deluxe room bed, beautiful balcony and kind staff

just a few broken things like a chair but other than that everything is functional and does not cause problems.

It is a very secure and comfortable place to be and peaceful and the same time looking forward coming again from the receptionist to the manager how they treat me as one of their own it was the best time

The 24/7 staff availability.

The room I had with this stay was smaller and less equipped than the room I had with my previous stay, yet I had to pay the same. The shower in the upstairs women's bathroom seems to be permanently clogged.
