MZA localização é excelente, mesmo no centro e próxima do Mall e do Restaurante Espeto (Português). Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Solicitei o check-out para as 11h, o qual foi prontamente aceite.
Não fiquei satisfeita apenas com a situação que tivemos numa das casas de banho, onde a sanita não parava de jorrar água, o que causou algum desconforto devido ao barulho. No entanto, assim que reportei o problema, o mesmo foi prontamente resolvido.
