Location was good, tranquil area. The property is referred to as a beachfront property in the intro, but this is not the case, which is misleading.

Check-in time only after 15:00. I've received a message from booking.com requesting a check-in time. My selected choice was 14:00-15:00, which was met with a response that a charge of R150 would be levied on an early check-in. The shower door comes apart from its frame when the door is opened or closed. There is a damp smell in the apartment, which lingered throughout our stay. The refuse bin is housed in a cupboard, which when opened exudes a bad smell. For the 3-night stay, only 1 towel was supplied for my wife and I to share. We went to buy towels from the local store which would have been re-imbursed by the host, however after sending the invoice and a picture of it, we had no further response.

I like the check I system. I liked that everything we needed was there. Even extra blankets. I liked the location. It was nice and quiet. I liked that it was close to the shopping centre and petrol station.

Bring your own soap. I did not like that I had to park outside the yard instead of the garage. But the residence was gated and safe.

Check in delay not the usual 2pm like most places but 3pm and even that 3pm delayed because last guest "did not check out on time"
