セルフチェックインなので好きな時間にチェックインできるのがいいです。

スタッフさんに折り返しの電話をお願いしたのに、電話ではなくショートメッセージが来ていて急いでいたのに通知が来なくて気づきませんでした。

リーズナブルで駅から歩いて行ける距離でした。

部屋の張り紙には、ペットボトルがか有るとの事でしたが、予約方法で変わるのでしょうか？ パジャマ、浴衣等が有ると助かります

チェックイン予定時間より早くついてしまい連絡したところ速やかに対応してもらえて有難かった。

前の宿泊者のバスタオルが回収忘れ？カゴに入ったままでした。 寝る時、電気のリモコンも無く、調光もできず…。
