1.老闆、老闆娘熱情，待客服務好 2.早餐豐富有特色 3.唯一遇過最符合夏天實際可蓋的棉被，不是厚厚的大棉被

1.大毛巾全是棉絮，擦完全身卡棉絮 2.漱口杯裡外全是垢，明明是手搓就會掉，但看起來久沒洗 3.置物空間稍少

"老闆親切，還可以。"

老闆們親切，早餐自己準備，用心。

房間內沒冰箱，茶包咖啡都沒有。樓下有飲水機可以自己裝水。廚房有咖啡機，但放在那兒老闆也沒說是不是能用，感覺比較不ok。 窗簾天亮後很亮。

老闆跟老闆娘很友善，當天我們較晚到，仍很親切地招待我們。無障礙坡道跟電梯設備，對老人家來說很方便，床鋪軟硬度適中，環境清幽靜謐。早餐是老闆娘的愛心料理，還有埔里特有小吃跟水果，賓至如歸。
