"Riva - close to center, but quiet."

A small terrace (backyard).

Garage space is for narrow cars and narrow drivers :)

"Clean but noisy"

Free parking is great, good instructions, good location and clean accommodation.

Neighbors are watching television till midnight with volume on max. At 7am they start watering the plants with the water hose next to your bedroom which makes a lot of noise! Beds are very hard. We left early due to lack of sleep.
