Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questo hotel per goderci la natura e montagna in estate. La camera non molto grande per 4 persone,ma essenziale alla fine visto il poco tempo che ci si passa all interno. Spazi esterni molto grandi, carino il piccolo campetto con varie giostre per bambini. La struttura non ha escursioni proprie ma si interfaccia con agenzie o tour esterni,ma cmq restano molto disponibili in tutto. Il ristorante i 3 pini è sicuramente un posto di medio/alto livello,ottimo servizio, ottimo staff e piatti abbastanza buoni,alla fine consigliato. Molto premurosi con i bambini e con le persone nel complesso.

La camera non molto spaziosa con doccia piccola.

Una struttura immersa completamente nel verde dove relax per gli adulti e divertimento per cani e bambini non manca. Il personale accogliente, gentile e sorridente sempre, fanno sì che ti senta a casa tua. Cucina sublime…insomma un posto in cui vale la pena soggiornare o anche solo passare una giornata.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

Our experience was simply perfect. Both the venue and the location were super. The owners were always very kind and helpful. The facilities included an indoor playground and entertainment activities (5-11 pm) for kids which were true life-savers!

Nothing really hotel/staff/service-related deserved a complaint as everything was very nice. However, an important piece of advice: Several customers had the terrible habit of smoking literally in front of the main entrance door, and sometimes sneakily between the main entrance door and the inside automatic door. This created unpleasant smoking clouds at the entrance, sometimes reaching the restaurant area. The Owners must enforce a NO-smoking policy near the entrance, which is a must, particularly in a mountain location where people are looking forward to breath some fresh air.

Staff are exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is super. This place is a special treasure.
