First impressions when you see the pictures is WOW, but live is completely different. One big room without terrace and with cheap furniture. Absolutely not like in pictures! Not impressed at all! Upstairs was not the bed, it was down with all other furnitures, which is not nice if someone wants to sleep and you want to make something in the kitchen or just watch tv. A lot of dust everywhere and not so hygienic. You get 1 towels for 4 days ! Nobody comes to clean or change sheets or towels. For money which you can stay in 5* hotel, I was expecting much more! Even small details such as something in the fridge, some water, coffee… what you get in 5x cheaper accommodation, you don’t have here. ONLY location was great!

Constant water leaking noise in the living room/bedroom by the old school heaters, no warm water in the shower after 30-50 seconds and the towels should be renewed for actual proper (clean) ones.

Close to the centre Big apartment 2 bathroom

Location was perfect for easy access to the main areas of Belgrade. Apartment was clean, owner met us on arrival and was very friendly. It's a great spacious apartment with everything you need, kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer.

Roadworks with mechanical digger at 2am didn't allow us to sleep on 2 nights. Mattress and pillows could be better. General street noise noticeable even after midnight.

Location, ease of check in

This property is at the most fantastic location you can imagine in the center of downtown Belgrade. The unit has so much light comfort. The bathroom is so spacious and the half bathroom downstairs super convenient. I particularly loved the windows. The manager of the property is such a nice guy and super helpful at all times.

Nothing really. The only issue is that the building is poorly maintained and so the stairs are filthy and we had to use them quite a lot since the elevator broke down the last two days of our stay. I don't think this has anything to do with the property itself but it is on a fifth floor.
