Impossibile gestire i rifiuti. Televisore non riceveva nessun canale. Senza climatizzatore con un caldo atroce. Macchinetta del caffè presente ma senza cialde (acquistabili solo confezioni enormi)

"Poor customer service"

Location, spacious and good for eating.

The fact that the wi-fi did not work on my last day when I urgently needed it for work. What was disappointing was that although the property owner came to verify it and confirm that it was not working, he promised that he would be back in touch later on, but he did nothing. No communication at all. The last message I got was: 'Have you left yet?' I replied with a 'yes' and mentioned about how bad it was without the wi-fi and I had no reply after that. This is bad customer service.

"Central location and well presented apartment great for a short stay!"

Centrally located in the historic centre and close to cafes/shops. Overall a positive experience. Lovely owners met us onsite and provided water/drinks and breakfast items to get us started.

Steep staircase to get to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Not ideal if you have really heavy luggage like we did or mobility issues. An adjoining property often had an air conditioner motor running so leaving the windows open at night not really an option due to the annoying noise. However, close the windows/doors and problem is gone. As a result, comfort rating reflects this.
