The pool is reaaaaally huge and clean ! The house and property is typically of tuscan style, exactly what we were looking for. We got answers quickly on all our questions. Thank you for this magical holiday

The swimming pool is AMAZING!!! Excellent lounge and kitchen.

The Admin from the agent (Italy d'Elite) was very poor. No instructions to get in or for departure.

"Don't stay here. They will just take your money and run."

There is mold in the air conditioning units and bathroom. Cancelled after one night and asked for refund but owner declined. Am pursing resolution through booking.com. There were other issues like couldn't lock front door from the inside, downstairs bathroom floor was dirty, ants in house, burnt out light bulb in downstairs bedroom. It was obvious they had just reopened the house after being closed up a while and did not clean and check everything out. Very disappointed in the place and the owner. The air conditioner was not working upon arrival, while someone came to fix it that night, it should have been checked out before arrival.
