"Very enjoyable and highly recommended."

Staff were very helpful in particular Ryota who helped us with many requests including travel arrangements. The room was comfortable and spacious enabling us to relax easily. The food was a real treat.

The checkout process was appalling as there was the initial advice that my credit card (used to secure the Booking) was unable to be used to pay for the stay. It took around twenty minutes for this process to be finally resolved and we nearly missed our travel connection because of the delay.

"An unpleasant stay !"

They provide different colour and sizes kimono for ladies

The toilet has very bad foul smell and could not disappeared even after several times deodorant spray! We suffered when we went to the toilet ! I even tried not to drink too much water to avoid to go to the toilet :(

Dinner is more than expectation. Very fresh and yummy!!!!

You have to be check in at 3:00 PM. exactly this time, not before like 2:45 PM. because there is no place to wait.

The Omakase served are so beautiful presented like fine dining. Onsen is fantastic too. Staff are friendly too. The rice cooked with Kombu and fish is out of the world 😋❤️👍

No bathroom in the room but still good for the Traditional ryokan experience
