This hotel is fabulous in terms of location, service & staffs. Manager Janak is very much friendly & cooperative. Recommended to stay here if you wish to stay in Lakeside Pokhara.

The staff tried their best.

The management has ignored the hotel. No hair dryer, one towel was provided per room. Towel is old. TV doesn't work. List goes on

Location was very good

Very bad customer service , rooms , bed sheet, towels are dirty. Condition of bathroom is very worse.Air condition making sound, no a/c remote .
