Зручне розташування, шикарні сніданки у Numo Брали цей готель зокрема через знижки на Аквапарк

Локація зручна, але трохи забагато людей ходить повз. Якщо ви полюєте за гарними краєвидами то теж треба обирати верхню резиденцію.

Сподобався будиночок ,прикрашений вогниками ,навколо засніжені ялинки ,тихо і затишно .

Прибирання з чотирьох днів було тільки 2 рази .Доводилось самостійно збирати сміття в окремі пакети і ставити біля смітників :(шумоізоляція відсутня ,чутно життєдіяльність всіх сусідів .

Дуже не привітний персонал, на зауваження реагують агресивно.

The staff at the Bukovel Hotel reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they also spoke English. The luggage room was very useful during check-in and check-out. The location was excellent, and being driven up to the room was a huge bonus. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Bukovel, and the nearby restaurant was convenient for dinner, although quite expensive. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again, especially because of the excellent customer service, although overall we tend to prefer spa hotels.

The room is a bit old fashioned. Although it is a cabin, I think it needs to be modernised. The TV didn’t work, well it had no signal. The walls were covered in stains, like they had been splashed with drinks and never cleaned. The room was so hot that actually it was quite uncomfortable. Seems a waste of energy to open the windows especially during a time when Ukraine is suffering from nationwide power issues.
