Our stay at Sorrento Moon was lovely. Fabiana met us when we checked in and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, as well as gave us some good recommendations for food and activities. The apartment was warm, comfortable, and clean and even had a little smart TV. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and even extra pillows. The two balconies overlooking the orange trees, cliffs, and sea were an extra treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay Fabiana!

There were spray air fresheners in the apartment that went off at intervals, it was a bit overpowering.

"Disappointing due to a very strong offensive odour throughout the apartment"

Location, size of unit, cleanliness, kitchen equipment

There was a very offensive smell throughout the whole apartment which they'd attempted to disguise with numerous reed diffusers, automatic air fresheners and a scented candle. We were unable to determine the cause of the smell however we assume it may have been coming from the drains. We brought this to the owner's attention however they declined to take any action or responsibility. Very disappointing and definitely detracted from our enjoyment of the apartment.

Fabiana was a fantastic host! She reached out several days prior to visit with clear instructions upon arrival. She was waiting for us when we arrived at the property and was very helpful explaining the features of the property and great recommendations on Sorrento. Property was very clean and secure. Well done - would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, spacious, peaceful, great pool, clean, comfortable and cool in the Sorrento heat 😊 Fabiana was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help us- 20 out of 10 ⭐️
