Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Ich hatte alles da was ich brauchte. Balkonmöbel würden das Erlebnis in der Unterkunft noch verbessern. So habe ich aber am Morgen den Ausblick auf dem Balkon von einem Küchenstuhl aus genossen.
Das Badezimmer war bei der Anreise stellenweise leider unangenehm dreckig. Zudem hatte ich das Pech, dass im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung Renovierungsarbeiten stattgefunden haben, von denen ich erst bei der Anreise unterrichtet wurde. Von den 7 vor Ort verbrachten Tagen hatte ich leider 3 mit sehr lauten Stemmarbeiten.

Doomed if you reach by flight and don’t rent a car. A house in the middle of nowhere where UBER or taxis don’t come and you have to depend on a crazy property manager. Nothing is good about this property - just stay away and find better options elsewhere in Lamezia.
Problematic location, no toiletries even for a long stay, ill equipped kitchenette and no hot water in kitchen tap, air conditioning fixed in a wrong place, obnoxious property manager / host who wants additional money for every small service and is rude and impolite with no sense of customer satisfaction. There are other better stay options with lot of shops and restaurants on the main road to Lamezia station. Avoid this place even if it advertises a lower cost.
