"Very lovely apartment with only minor hiccups barely worth mentioning"

The collection was super easy in the end. The communication was not very pro-active at times that slowed things down a tad. But the owner made up for this by being extremely friendly.

Loose toilet seat that would slide out of alignment was not very ideal & the shower's main pipe were loose. I was bit worried it would just collapse at some point. Owner is aware of the issue so if this is still an issue down the road. Then it's not a priority for her and that would be a shame. She did say it would be fixed in the near future.
