Mansion Miliá

Mansion Miliá is a beautiful traditional house, with exceptional views across the Sea of Marmara towards Istanbul. Big thank you to the staff who stayed up late to check myself and a friend in when we were much later arriving to the island than expected, due to my luggage being left in London. The guest house is very pretty, with a lovely garden for breakfast when the weather is good. My room was clean, with plenty of hanging space for clothes, good air con and a kettle for tea/coffee. Loved that the place was more like a home than a hotel. Breakfast, as everyone says, is great!

My room was just off the main hallway of the house and it could be a bit noisy when other people arrive back or early in the morning when breakfast is being prepared. Nothing that my ear plugs couldn't solve though.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Hotelmanagerin Neslihan hat sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert und war immer darauf bedacht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten (Schränke/Kofferablagen) wären gut. Das Zimmer Gala3 ist sehr klein und nur für eine Nacht ohne Gepäck zu empfehlen.

Very beautiful building in Greek authentic style not far from the city center. Very caring staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.

I would like more filling breakfasts

1 et fois que je laisse un avis négatif. Mais Nous avons payé 150€ pour une chambre avec vue sur mer nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec vu sur rien. Il fallait se baisser a chaque fois que l’on passait une porte et il y avait une très très forte odeur d’égout. Chambre et prestation pas du tout au niveau du prix. Quel dommage.

Una struttura molto bella che sorge in un tipico yalı, ristrutturata da poco con cura e gusto. È in buona posizione, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Büyükada (N.B.: dal centro a Mansion Miliá la strada è in salita ed è anche abbastanza ripida. Però ci si può muovere agevolmente con il trasporto pubblico o con i taxi). Molto buona e suggestiva la colazione in giardino, dove ci si può trattenere anche al tramonto o la sera, per godere della vista di Istanbul. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze.

La stanza era un po' troppo piccola, ma comunque adatta a un breve soggiorno.
