We checked in at 2 pm towels are not there we called them at 8 pm after that they provided the towels Utensils soap was not there We had booked Ground floor room and that pump machine sound was really really frustrating 🤬🤬 Lot of water at enternace , every time we have to call staff there was reception but no one was there

Nice breakfast the location is good everything is close big parking area ,clean rooms clean linens ,all basic cooking facilities that exceeds my expectation the price offered was good here you stay as long as you want it's good for travellers and it's like a home away from.home

Palolem beach..

Not worth the money . The owner is least bothered about customer experience.. He only called me for the advance payment, after that I had to call them for everything. After spending 3 days in this apartment, I stayed one day in Asian Golden Sands apartment in Beneilum for 2k less ( 30th Dec night) price , such a beautiful apartment and a very good house owner . Also 1 kilometre away from the beach. The only positive thing is the Palolem beach 1- Carpets were dirty, we won't keep those kinds of carpets in the courtyard. 2- Vessels were picked up from the dump yard where somebody would have thrown the used vessels.. He should understand that people who come there for a stay are also from a decent family. He himself will feel ashamed if he sees those. 2- No cable connection in TV, whereas he mentioned that it is available in the booking.com. When I checked with him he said, we should adjust a little bit 3- no hot water in the night.. even sometime in the morning.. if hot water comes , in all the pipes it will get water. 4- someone wrote in the review that the place is 1.3 kilometers away from the beach, actually it is 3 kilometres far. Don't know why he wrote that

The place was clean swimming pool was clean and everything was upto mark
