Moonlight Mountain Retreat

Modern, netjes apartement met alles erop en eraan. Het ware ruime kamers. De host gaf uitgebreid uitleg (digitaal).

Als we echt iets te zeuren moeten hebben, dan was er wat weinig servies aanwezig en liep het water in de douche niet goed weg. Maar dat zijn kleine dingen.

Die Unterkunft war PERFEKT ! Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich ! Danke, dass Sie uns ein Zuhause geboten haben ! Wohnung sehr geräumig und super gut ausgestattet ! Die Lage war auch perfekt ! Wir kommen gerne wieder ! VIELEN DANK !!!

Everything was great. The apartment looks amazing, exactly like on the pictures. Spacious, modern, beautiful, perfect for a weekend (or maybe even more:)) The host was very helpful and the whole process was very smooth. We didn’t expect it but there is also an underground parking which is very convenient, especially if you’re travelling during the cold period. We also loved the location, close to everything you might need.

Location was amazing, central and easy reach to anything one might need.

Cleanliness of the place really let it down. Looks amazing in the pictures only. The apartment is not regularly maintained or deep cleaned. Toilet was stained, plug in the bathroom very loose, shower screen leaked, electric fire place would stop working after a few min on. We found food leftovers from previous guests, appliances were not cleaned after previous guests and found maggots in the kettle, supermarket shopping trolley abandoned on the balcony, carpets mucky. Although this was rectified, the next day after the issues were reported, the cleaners really need to inspect every single aspect, before any guests check in.

In this apartment, I had opportunity to enjoy peace, cleanliness and safety. Having a modern design, I can say that I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Brasov.

New building, new flat, very cosy and clean apartment, private parking, description and pictures full correspond to reality, good location, excellent restaurant Cube just 5 minutes by foot, shopping centre 10 minutes

The owners were super helpful and accommodating. The property looks exactly as in the pictures and it is done with a lot of taste. You have everything you would need during either a short or long stay. In terms of location, you are 5 minutes away from one of the shopping malls in Brasov. 5 to go(coffee shop) is 4 mins away. To reach the city center or the other shopping mall( AFI), you either take the bus or taxi, or you have to walk for 60mins(timed by us). It was perfectly located for us and in proximity of whatever you think you might need. Check in and check out was super easy. The residential building where the flat was looks good and it was quiet, so you can rest for sure when needed.
