Dass das Meer direkt gegenüber war , es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel und das Frühstück war auch gut

Leider war zu unserer Zeit eine Baustelle im Hotel wir konnten weder den Pool noch das gym benutzen:/

Lo que más me gustó ha sido el personal, el servicio de recepción, en particular un hombre que se llama Anash, como la chica de la limpieza que se llama Najat. Todos son fantásticos, intentan hacerte la estancia mucho más fácil y agradable Siempre vamos a Solazur

Spa

AC was not working (temperature in the room could not be lower than 24.3 degrees, most of the times more than 25 degrees), contacted reception multiple times, they do not provide any way forward unless you physically stand at the reception and wait for any kind of action. In the end it was not fixed and we switched a room due to another issue (toilet not flushing for the 5th time in 2 days) and the room temperature was even higher there. Overall, not worth the money and unpleasant experience.

The location was good, at the boulevard. The lobby looks good, there is also fine wifi. The people at the door were nice. The always greet you nicely and hold the door open.

The bed was really hard. I had to go to the doctor afterwards because of a stiff neck. Also the cushions were to high. The bed was small (one person bed). Two times in a row i had to ask for towels. We found out that the sheets never were cleaned, only made neat by folding them. Sometimes there was a dull smell in the room. The airconditioning was really weak, not strong. It ruined food i bought. The little fridge did not work. We did not get stuff you usually get in hotels: small toothpaste, slippers, showercap etc. If this gets fixed a lot of points can be scored.
