Facility access: To enter in the building's parking we needed to send every time a watsup message to the owner (no remote for the parking spaces' barrier - and it was not specified in the booking's description) Management: We were asked to checkout earlier than the time mentioned in the app, which would have not been an issue, but after we agreed to check out two hours earlier than the hour listed in the app, the owner arrived 50 minutes later to do the checkout.
