As soon as i arrived in the room i saw bedbugs running around, i asked for a refund and left. They were very non chalant about this issue and i had to discuss with them in order to get a refund. Location is very fat from everywhere.

Close to Airport and value for money. Good improvement in front desk staff than previous years. Plenty of closed parking available and 1km 1km from Almaty 1 Railway station and Bis terminus.

Need improvement in washroom facility
