"Estafa! Vergüenza y lamentable. Nadie atiende"

Lamentable, vergonzoso. Es una estafa!! Desde el exterior se venía sucio, no había nadie. el establecimiento como abandonado a la hora fijada y tras 1,5h de espera y llamar nadie apareció y tuvimos que buscar otra estancia. Nadie contestaba a las llamadas. Puesta reclamación en booking

Es una estafa. Reclamando el importe a booking. Nadie aparecio tras varias llamadas y espera de 1,5h. Estaba sucio desde el exterior. Nadie atendía. Se han quedado con 400€ que estamos reclamando a booking. Código de acceso inservible. Lamentable y reclamando incluso a través canales oficiales sino devuelve el importe.

Hot shower

Kettle not available, coffee machine water container leaking, unable to switch on the heater, no ventilation fan in the bathroom - our towels are always damp, the only toiletries provided is hand wash liquid. To add after reading the hotel management response to my initial review, we stayed here from 3-5 September not August. The weather had taken a turn to be chilly in the evenings. Also, please inspect your property for proper ventilation before insisting that the unit has proper ventilation. When we first opened the main door, the whole unit smelled on stale cooked food.

"Soggiorno a Santa Magdalena"

L'appartamento di Lena è bellissimo: abbiamo apprezzato l'estetica minimalista dell'arredo e la cura per i dettagli. Meravigliosa vista dalle finestre e dall'ampio finestrone panoramico del soggiorno. Si può parcheggiare al coperto accanto alla porta. Autobus a pochi metri per Malga Zannes o per Bressanone. Il paese offre scorci stupendi.

Lovely, friendly Staff. Excellent communication. Perfect location. Excellent facilities. New and modern. Clean. Quiet and safe. Everything was perfect. Would stay here again for sure.

Nil. It was beautiful, we loved our stay here.
