It was in a good location

I couldn’t look out the balcony because of the structure being under construction. If you are doing work don’t rent it out. I wasn’t even able to look out the windows they were covered by scaffolding

Building being repaired scaffolding in front of windows, unable to enjoy balcony. No washing machine
