Location and facilitates were great

A beautiful hotel with a stunning view from our top-floor room. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the room itself was spacious, with a large bathroom, minibar, and a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of the lively Walking Street. The hotel also arranged transfers and laundry service, making our stay very convenient. A complimentary shuttle was provided in the evening to the Walking Street.

The check-in experience could have been more welcoming. After a long taxi ride, we were immediately informed about penalties for losing the key or damaging items, which could have been communicated in a more hospitable way.

Very good value for money, walking distance to town and beach, they provide a lot of extra service, like free town shuttle from 6-9pm and room comes with unlimited filtered water, which is very much appreciated. Their food menu is simple but it does the job and is very handy. Their pool is so cute and rooms are clean and big enough. 💙

Good location, friendly staff, great pool and setting

The property and the room was as per presented in the pictures. There were only 6-7 rooms so most of the time the pool was pretty quiet. Shuttle service was useful as it wasn’t a nice walking path especially when it was rainy and muddy. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and avoided wastage and fridge was well stocked.

Little touches could make the whole stay more comfortable like a proper blanket and quality towels.(while replaced daily, the towels provided looked abit raggy and did little to do a proper drying job. Blanket was also really small and too little to even share with my partner without having our legs exposed. Shuttle could be provided perhaps between 10am-1pm as well to make it more convenient until the road/walking paths are improved. Needs proper hair dryer

The room we stayed in at the resort was really big, beautifully furnished, and had a lovely view of the pool area from the balcony. In particular, we liked that we were provided with a 10L water dispenser as this did away with the issue of constantly having to go to the shops to buy bottled water. The breakfast provided through the reception was affordable and yummy. Located very close to Moho's hostel, which enabled us to meet other young travelers. Easy to organise things like airport transfer through the reception.

The road the resort is located on is dilapidated, which made it quite dangerous to drive on whilst on a scooter. I understand that this may not be something that the resort owners have control over so I haven't let it affect my rating. It's still something I wanted to note though. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor.

Room wasn’t cleaned, towels were torn, we had to ask for paper toilet and there were no toiletries in the room.
