Great location, reception 24h, big and clean room. Very nice place.

There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. Every time i wanted to get shower, I needed to call the receptionist. To fix the problem.

The hotel’s location is excellent and close to the mall. As for the room, it’s very spacious and beautiful.

Everything looks old, no view looks cheap

Sehr sehr großes Zimmer und eine gute Lage, da es relativ mittig in chaweng liegt.

Booked a room with a lake view and didn’t have a lake view. Staff were unresponsive when messaged about it. Also says the walls are soundproof and they’re not - you can hear a lot of the street music. Floors were very slippery so take care when wearing socks.
