Everything was great. The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need for living and relaxing. The owner was friendly and helped us with everything. 100% recommend!

It was the best apartment we ever stayed in. We traveled many countries and cities but this was the best. Everything necessary was there. Even cupboards full of food. Everything looks like the pictures on booking.com. It’s a very quiet area. The beach is 10 min walk. The train station to Roma is 15 min. You can use the metro ticket to go to Rome. It’s just 1,50€. I wish we could stay longer.

Appartment is completely clean with 2 ACs. We had there everything we have needed during vacation. Owner of appartment was nice, he also offered help with baggage and we had prepared a lot of food in appartment after coming (pasta, sauces, pastries etc). Also bottle of wine and fruit was on the table. Location is perfect - only 0.5km from free public beach. After check in, we got list of groceries and restaurants.

One absolutely small negative - sleeping on the couch was little bit uncomfortable.

Piękny apartament o wysokim standardzie i świetną lokalizacją. Jestem pozytywnie zaskoczona. Urzadzony ze smakiem, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Gospodarz przywitał nas osobiscie. Meldowalismy sie poźno i nie musieliśmy martwić o śniadanie nastepnego dnia. W lodowce czekaly na nas wszystkie produkty na początek pobytu: jajka, ser, jogurty, twarog. Był nawet chleb tostowy. Wyposażenie powyżej oczekiwan. Począwszy od lazienki (proszek do prania, srodki higieny osobistej) po kuchnie (szafki wypelnione makaronem, puszkami i przyprawami, kawa, herbata, ciastka). Byly nawet słoiczki dla dzieci i pieluchy. W obu pokojach klimatyzacja, rolety zewnętrzne. Balkon dosc spory i urzadzony. Apartament polozony okolo 400 metrów od plazy publicznej, bezpłatnej. Na balkonie był nawet parasol plażowy i leżak. Mozna równiez wypożyczyc leżaki. Do kolejki metromare rowniez blisko, jakies 650 m. W okolicy sklepy, kawiarnie oraz restauracje. Gospodarz niezwykle pomocny i uprzejmy. Słuzy dobrą radą oraz wsparciem. Wypoczynek udany i jeżeli wrócimy do Ostii to na pewno tam.

Unser Urlaub war sehr gut, Gastgeber immer freundlich, erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Nah zum Strand, ca 10 min Gehweg, zum Bahnhof auch ca 10 min und überall Parkmöglichkeiten. Alle Geräte in der Wohnung funktionierten. Vielleicht als Empfehlung an den Gastgeber die Plane am Balkon gegen eine feste Markise auszutauschen für mehr Schatten. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was very nice, clean, modern, and so well equipped! The host was waiting for us on arrival, and was really helpful and friendly. It exceeded our expectations. The location is also good, not so far from the beach or the main station. Thank you for everything.

Amazing and cozy apartment, with plenty of light and space for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It comes with everything for cooking, and it has a full size kitchen. Super clean, recently renovated with plenty of space. The host is great , and very responsive.
