La struttura è comoda, fornita di tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Gli spazi sono abbastanza ampi da ospitare anche più di due perone. C'era un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Posizionata in una via con negozi vicini. A 7/10 min in macchina dall'hunanitas.
