Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Rooftop view was amazing and food was excellent and affordable.

This was a beautiful property. The staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful with coffee service, which is always appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The restaurant food was very delicious and reasonably priced. The rooftop patio was an extra bonus. We would highly recommend staying here.

The staff (Diana and Benson) went out of their way to make us so comfortable after a very long international journey. There was a free shuttle from the airport. We arrived late at night to an international destination and Diana communicated closely with us which was incredibly helpful. In the morning we were treated to an incredible breakfast on the rooftop with a view of Lake Victoria. I would highly recommend this wonderful spot and hope to visit again soon.

Fresh fruits and juice and personalised breakfast. It was homely- Home away from home. Very friendly and caring staff. Good work environment and the roof top is amazing. The quietness from the busy city life made it magical.

Waiting for food. Chef starts making breakfast when you walk into the kitchen. So basically, time management was poor. Properly because they wanted the food to be fresh.

Staff endeavor to satisfy customer needs, they try very hard and they have genuine desert to fulfill ones needs. They offer everything at reach to satisfy guests.

The road to the hotel. Some bathroom equipment is old and needs renovation/repair.

This boutique hotel is lovely, featuring tidy rooms and a truly enchanting rooftop terrace. The staff is remarkably kind and put in every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
